Wow…we’re in high season!
Lot’s of work, lot’s of people, lot’s of food, hot and sun; I can’t remember the last time I woke up in the morning when I wanted to.
The “Cuoche in Vacanza” are lucky enough to go everywhere in Tuscany…
Tell the truth during this week I went to a place not far from my house, just few minutes, here in Tuscany, at Rigoli, San Giuliano Terme, between the sweet hills.
We are in a B&B run by two English friends of mine: Luisa and Colin. The road to come here is not so comfortable, but once arrived you see something magical: the scenery is breathtaking … and the silence surrounds you, you can only hear the voice of Nature.
The people who called me training a cooking class were from Scotland, two parents and three sweet daughters passionate about Italian food. One of them in love with “Eggplant Parmigiana” (eggplant parmesan), and so with an exception to the rule I’ll teach them the right procedure of making amazing and tasteful this dish.
I’ve to say they appreciated…
