Our today experience is about a fantastic Villa near Empoli.

It’s one of the most beautiful houses I saw: a huge Garden and so a lot’s of green, a built with all facilities but, above all…the most equipped kitchen I worked in, thinking it’s a home!
While I was keeping our cooking class, Vale took photos all around the Villa…she said is a wonderful place.
People we met there were very funny and nice, real happy people, in few words; with a strong will to learn italian and tuscan cuisine tricks.
Many guys, one kind and sweet boy and four beautiful girls, all teenagers.
They learnt making Tortellini from Valeggio.

I received your response that you have Saturday, July 1, 2023 available for a cooking class and meal for our family of 11. We would choose to do the dinner class from 4:00-7:00.
